Native Sons of the Golden West Reception (October 2011)

My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of the Hilton Anaheim staff who assisted us in a recent event that we held at your hotel on behalf of the Past Presidents Association of the Native Sons of the Golden West, a California based fraternal organization.

Ms. Sabrina Aris and Mr. Ryan Paterson deserve special recognition for continuing the planning process that Mr. Rapoza had begun with us. Their full support and assistance, in addition to that given by Mr. Brad Green and many others, made for a very successful event. Our meeting, luncheon and banquet were modest by Hilton Anaheim standards with about eighty attendees, however all of our guests had their expectations exceeded by your attentive staff. Our organization very seldom meets in Southern California as most membership resides in the northern part of the state. Without exception, all comments we received by our guests were extremely positive from the registration process, room assignments, meals and eventually, check-out. As Anaheim is my "home-town", I was very proud to have guests visit from as far as Redding in the north to El Centro in the south, all to enjoy our Anaheim hospitality.

Please extend our most sincere thanks to all that were involved in our event as it was most memorable and was executed in the most professional manner.

Additionally, I would like to thank the Hilton Anaheim for its continued commitment to our Anaheim community as you continue to support many of our local not-for-profit organizations. It has been my honor to have served with a number of your staff on several MUZEO events (the Green Impacts being one recent example) where their professional involvement was most welcome. Again, thank you and your key staff for all of their courtesies and considerations, all of which reinforce the fact that Anaheim is a great place to live, work and play.

From the minute I entered the valet parking at the Hilton Anaheim I felt a very friendly welcome. I was greeted by several people with big smiles and hellos, including Charlie Reeves who came running out to greet me. He'd already checked me in and then escorted me to my room. Our lunch and site with my client was very professional and not a detail was missed. The food was delicious and the server outstanding. The hotel is beautiful; the meeting space is wonderful and works really well for our program. The overall service was superb. I will absolutely recommend the Hilton Anaheim to anyone considering that area!

The Hilton Anaheim certainly left an impression when all the staff members went above and beyond. When I reached out to Charlie Reeves saying we were coming to celebrate my daughter's 7th B-day we were immediately impressed with the amazing service, follow up and generosity from all staff members.

To my daughter's surprise and delight, Mr. Reeves had managed to give her "her own room (connecting :)" for her and her girlfriend with balloons and B-day gifts that my daughter will never forget and is still talking about.

When I unannounced went up to take a look at the meeting space, the Banquet Captain cheerfully took his time to show me around and that continued throughout our stay at the Hilton Anaheim - smiling staff members throughout happily taking care of us.
